Note:
Every Wednesday,
The Mother of Perpetual Help Novena starts at 4:30PM, followed by the Holy Mass at 5:30PM.
1b. CHAPEL HOLY MASS SCHEDULE
Saturdays:
Sto. Cristo Chapel (6:00PM**),
Sto. Rosario Chapel (6:00PM**) and
San Jose Chapel (7:00PM).
Sundays:
San Vicente Chapel (7:00AM),
San Pablo Chapel (9:00AM),
San Nicolas Chapel (5:00PM), and
San Roque Chapel (5:00PM).
*The 8:45AM Sunday Mass is an interpreted Mass for the hearing impaired (deaf) parishioners. Kindly inform the deaf people if you know one.
They have specially reserved seats near the choir area.
** Temporarily, due to limited available priests during Saturday evenings, the 6:00PM Holy Mass at Sto. Cristo and Sto Rosario Chapel sometimes move to 7:00PM. This is because the priest who will celebrate Mass in one of this chapel is also the priest who will celebrate the 6:00PM Mass at HRP.

3. TUWING KAILAN ANG KUMPISALAN?
CONFESSION SCHEDULES
No Confession on Mondays
Wednesdays: 6:00AM – 7:00AM
Fridays:
Confession is at the Apung Mamacalulu Shrine from 6:00AM to 6:00PM
Thursday (before 1st Fridays):
4:30PM to 5:30PM
Saturdays (except after 1st Fridays):
4:30PM to 5:30PM
Procedure for the Sacrament of Reconciliation:
1) Penitent makes the sign of the cross and says, “Bless me, Father, for I have sinned. My last confession was….” (Penitent mentions how long ago his last confession was.)
2) Penitent proceeds to confess his sins. (Note that a confession should not be made into an occasion for counseling. A special appointment can be sought for that.)
3) Priest gives his exhortation to the penitent and recommends specific acts of penance.
4) Once the penitent agrees to carry out the recommended acts of penance, the priest prays over the penitent and pronounces the formula of absolution that ends with, “I now absolve you from your sins, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.” (penitent makes the sign of the cross). Thereafter, the priest dismisses the penitent and says, “The Lord has freed you from your sins, go in peace.”

WEDDING
By appointment.
WEDDING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Date reservations (50% deposit upon blocking the date);
2. 1 photo each (2.5 x 2.5 size, studio shot, white background, corporate attire);
3. Filing of Wedding Application and Pre-Nuptial Inv. Form.;
4. Priest interview;
5. Marriage License or original Marriage Contract if civilly married;
6. New and Original Baptismal Certificate (for Marriage Purposes);
7. New and Original Confirmation Certificate (for Marriage Purposes);
8. Marriage banns;
9. Confession;
10. List of sponsor/s
11. Payment; and
12. For foreigners: Legal capacity or permission to marry from your embassy.
13. Payment of P 6,000.00 (amount excludes floral arrangements and choir)
For Foreigners:
1. Refer to abovementioned requirements
2. Legal Capacity or Permission to marry from your Embassy.
(If US Military Personnel, there is a need for permission to marry from the Commanding Officer)

For those with modest means, who cannot afford to give the recommended amounts indicated above, any voluntary amount will do. Requests for gratis services will be entertained on a case-to-case basis. Please coordinate with the Parish Office.

5. PAANO MAGPABINYAG?
BAPTISM (BINYAG)
REGULAR BAPTISM
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30 a.m.
Requirements:
1. Original & photocopy of Registered Local Civil Registrar Birth Certificate of the child
2. Personal appearance of the child’s parent/s
3. Registration time starts at 09:00 a.m. up to 11:00 a.m. only
4. At least 2 godparents
Amount recommended for donation (following Archdiocesan policies, Circular No. 48 dated August 3, 2009): P 100.00 per godparent
CABALLERO BAPTISM
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday only (10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. / 03:00 p.m. or 04:00 p.m.)
Requirements:
1. Original & photocopy of authenticated Birth Certificate of the child (duly registered with Local Civil Registrar)
2. Personal appearance of the parent/s of the child
3. Please register with the parish office at least 1 week before the actual date of baptism.
4. At least 2 godparents
Amount recommended for donation (following Archdiocesan policies, Circular No. 48 dated August 3, 2009): P 100.00 per godparent + priest’s stipend amounting to P 1,000.00
Note: For those with modest means, who cannot afford to give the recommended amounts indicated above, any voluntary amount will do. Requests for gratis services will be entertained on a case-to-case basis. Please coordinate with the Parish Office.
IMPORTANT:
For record purposes, hindi po mabibinyagan ang batang walang birth certificate.
Maaari din pong magpalista ng maaga bago ang araw ng binyag. Pumunta lang po sa opisina at ipakita ang Original Birth Certificate ng bata.

10. ANOINTING OF THE SICK
Please coordinate with Legion of Mary members for scheduling or request for a schedule from the parish office. For sick calls in hospitals, please contact the Team Ministry for the Pastoral Care of the Sick through your respective hospital’s information desk.
